Chargrills deliver the char marks and flavour punch that a flat grill can’t. Radiant models heat faster and are easier to clean; lava-rock models give the smokier flavour pubs and steakhouses often want. The Blue Seal range covers 4-burner and 6-burner gas grills plus heavy-duty electric units where gas isn’t available.

If you’re swapping a worn-out chargrill into an existing gas line, check the burner input against your meter’s capacity — big chargrills comfortably pull 30 kW and up at peak.
