Single Tank Fryers

Single-tank fryers give you the most oil volume for the money, and they’re the classic choice for dedicated chip shops and canteens where everything going in is plain. Clean up is faster, oil changes are cheaper, and the recovery time on a good gas model is hard to beat.

If your menu is mostly chips and a small run of something else, one big tank plus decent filtration will usually outwork two smaller ones.
